What are Engaged Contacts?

A MEC stands for Monthly Engaged Contact and is a conversation between a unique end-user and Web1on1, via any channel, for any number of messages in a given calendar month.

Example: The first 125 MECs are included in your base licence. If you handle 200 conversations in a month (representing 200 unique users), we will count 75 extra MECs for that month. The overage pricing is dependent on your selected Plan (Base / Grow / Scale / Custom).

How can I upgrade my plan?

If you find that you’re regularly using up your MECs, you can upgrade your plan to add more inclusive MECs and avoid overage fees for additional MECs. Check our Plan-section to manage your subscription.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards, SEPA Direct Debit and depending on your plan SEPA Credit Transfer (Bank Transfer). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. All listed prices are in Euro.
